This patient had been missing all teeth in both jaws for many years, with bone loss from long-term use of removable dentures and a history of diabetes. However, the CBCT assessment showed that the patient still qualified for full-arch implant restoration once blood sugar was well controlled and the implant placement was precisely planned. Implant treatment will restore chewing function, improve appearance and limit further bone loss in the future.

Triệu chứng & tình trạng

Bệnh nhân Hà Hồng Bắc, mất răng toàn bộ hai hàm trong thời gian dài.
Có tiền sử đái tháo đường, làm tăng nguy cơ chậm lành thương và ảnh hưởng đến quá trình tích hợp Implant nếu đường huyết kiểm soát không tốt.
Đã sử dụng hàm giả tháo lắp nhiều năm, dẫn đến tiêu xương ổ răng tiến triển.
Trong miệng, sống hàm trên và dưới tiêu nhiều, niêm mạc vùng chịu lực tương đối mỏng

Diagnosis

Mất răng toàn bộ hai hàm.
Tiêu xương ổ răng hai hàm do mất răng lâu năm và sử dụng hàm tháo lắp kéo dài.
Suy giảm chức năng ăn nhai và phát âm.
Bệnh nhân có tiền sử đái tháo đường cần kiểm soát trước và trong điều trị Implant.
Chỉ định phục hồi toàn hàm bằng Implant.

Giai đoạn 1

Thăm khám và cấy implant 2 hàm

- Khám tổng quát, chụp CT Cone Beam 3D. Xét nghiệm và đánh giá chỉ số đường huyết (HbA1c, Glucose máu). Lập kế hoạch cấy ghép Implant bằng phần mềm 3D. - Cấy 4 implant hàm trên và 4 implant hàm dưới

Giai đoạn 2

Phục hình tạm

Gắn hàm tạm cố định sau phẫu thuật.

Giai đoạn 3

Phục hình hoàn thiện

Sau 6 tháng, khi Implant tích hợp xương ổn định, lấy dấu kỹ thuật số, thiết kế phục hình CAD/CAM và lắp răng Implant hoàn thiện.
