Triệu chứng & tình trạng

Bệnh nhân bị biến chứng cầu răng sứ, viêm nhiễm và mất khả năng ăn nhai.
Một số vùng có dấu hiệu tiêu xương sau mất răng.

Diagnosis

Cầu răng sứ viêm, lung lay.
Tiêu xương ổ răng mức độ nhẹ đến trung bình sau mất răng.
Đủ điều kiện cấy ghép Implant theo kỹ thuật AO4, kết hợp gia tăng thể tích xương tại các vị trí cần thiết nhằm tăng độ ổn định và tiên lượng lâu dài của phục hình.

2. Treatment Plan

Cấy implant hàm trên

Cấy 4 Implant Neo3, kích thước Implant R12, R22: 4.0 × 13 mm và R15, R25: 4.5 × 13 mm Sau phẫu thuật đặt Healing Cap và khâu kín, chuẩn bị cho giai đoạn phục hình sau khi Implant tích hợp xương.

Cấy implant hàm dưới

Hàm dưới cấy ghép 04 Implant Neo Biotech Neo3, kích thước Implant:4.5 × 13 mm. Gia tăng thể tích tại các vùng thiếu hụt thể tích xương. Sau phẫu thuật đặt Healing Cap và khâu kín để hỗ trợ lành thương.

Buổi 1

Thăm khám, lên kế hoạch & cấy implant

Thăm khám, chụp CT Cone Beam, lập kế hoạch và cấy 4 Implant hàm trên, đồng thời đặt healing, lấy dấu làm hàm tạm

Buổi 2 (sau 7 ngày)

Cấy implant hàm dưới

Cấy Implant AO4 hàm dưới, đặt healing, lấy dấu làm hàm tạm và hoàn tất trồng răng Implant hai hàm.

Buổi 3 (sau 4 tháng)

Lắp răng hàm trên

Lắp phục hình toàn hàm trên sau khi Implant tích hợp xương ổn định.

Buổi 4

Lắp phục hình AO4 hàm dưới, kiểm tra khớp cắn, hướng dẫn chăm sóc sau điều trị.
