The patient had long-term tooth loss, loose teeth, pain, and difficulty eating. Severe upper jaw bone loss with a thin and low ridge was recorded.

Implant surgery

Healing follow-up
Soft tissue healing and hygiene around the implant area are reviewed.
Month 1
Gum stabilization
Gum tissue recovers and the patient follows light chewing guidance.

Osseointegration check
Implant stability and bone integration progress are assessed.
Month 3
Fixed temporary teeth
Temporary fixed prosthesis supports light chewing and aesthetics.
Month 4
Final ceramic teeth
Final restoration is fitted, bite and aesthetics are adjusted.
Month 6
Post-restoration check
Bite, hygiene and long-term maintenance guidance are reviewed.
After 1 year
Periodic check-up
Implant stability and long-term chewing function are reviewed.
